Let's make something excellent.
Together.
My work
Here are a few of my favorite things. I hope they inspire you, too.
For the eco-friendly FIAT 500e, we sent new owners a welcome pack printed on locally-sourced, recycled seed paper. And since it launched in California, those seeds happened to be the state flower, some very pretty poppies.
When the all-new Jeep Renegade hit the roads, our launch campaign emphasized customization. This GIF headed our email to handraisers, highlighting the unique way that Jeep could change to their world.
In our delightfully digital world, there's an app for everything. I worked with First Response to create welcoming, user-friendly copy for their Pregnancy Tracker app, meant to help moms-to-be get a handle on what to expect.
If you've watched cable at all in the last decade or so, you've probably heard of AMC's FearFest — movie marathons leading up to Halloween. This tweet teased some featured spooky films.
This video promotes many of the insurance products offered by NEA Member Benefits. To help guide members through the sometimes complex and stressful subjects, we put together a fun, friendly animation using kinetic text as a jumping off point.
As part of a cross-promotion, the Jones Soda brand teamed up with FIAT vehicles to showcase some delicious flavors. These bottles were sent to new FIAT 500X vehicle owners, featuring custom-designed labels written by yours truly.
Coffee lovers are nothing if not energetic. To get them even more hyped up about their favorite brew, this infographic was chock-full of coffee facts.
Friday's loves any chance to talk about food. This email encouraged fans of the brand to head in for Cheese Day, an honest-to-goodness national holiday celebrating everyone's favorite chili-fry topping.
One really great way to communicate with people? Speak their language. Working with NEA Member Benefits, we got excellent results when we talked the talk of teachers. This postcard went to members who hadn't engaged with the brand in a while, hoping to entice a response by making a real connection with them.
ABOUT
what I do
I'm a writer, reader, and occasional pumpkin eater if the season's right. I have experience in email & social, PR & CRM, print & digital, videos & consumables, and just about everything in-between. If I haven't done it yet, I can't wait to dive in.
where I've been
From humble beginnings as a Michigan State English major to my first gig at Art Van Furniture, I've been a writer for over 18 years. I spent close to a decade with an incredible team at MXM (later Accenture), then took my skills to One10 before landing at my current home, Jack Morton.
WHo i am
They say if you want to know a person, look at the things they love. I love sour gummi candy. But I also love cats, true crime novels, podcasts about Dungeons & Dragons, mountain biking, and consuming my weight in coffee every single day.
